Adding the device to "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Home" application:

1. Connect the power adapter to the device.

2. Hold the RESET button on the device for 5/6 seconds

3. When the LED indicator flashes rapidly your device is ready to pair.

(In case the LED blinks slowly, repeat step 2.)

4. Start the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" application.

5. From the top right corner, select "+" followed by "Add device".

6. Navigate to category "Others" and select the device "Others WiFi".

7. Enter the name and password of the wireless network to which the device will be connected.

8. Confirm that the LED indicator flashes rapidly.

9. A pairing process has been initiated.

10. After successful pairing, your device is ready to use.

Αποστολή & Επιστροφές
Ο χρήστης έχει το δικαίωμα να υπαναχωρήσει από τη σύμβαση εντός 14 ημερολογιακών ημερών από την παραλαβή του προϊόντος. Το προϊόν πρέπει να επιστραφεί στην αρχική του κατάσταση, αχρησιμοποίητο, με πλήρη συσκευασία και παρελκόμενα, καθώς και με την απόδειξη αγοράς.
Σε περίπτωση ελαττωματικού προϊόντος, η Εταιρεία καλύπτει τα έξοδα αποστολής. Σε κάθε άλλη περίπτωση, όπως αλλαγή γνώμης, τα έξοδα επιστροφής επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη. Ο χρήστης πρέπει να ενημερώσει την Εταιρεία μέσω email στο info@getters.gr ή τηλεφωνικά στο 216 9000909. Μετά την παραλαβή του αιτήματος, η Εταιρεία ενημερώνει για τα επόμενα βήματα της διαδικασίας επιστροφής.
Η επιστροφή χρημάτων πραγματοποιείται εντός 14 ημερών από την παραλαβή του επιστρεφόμενου προϊόντος και γίνεται με τον ίδιο τρόπο πληρωμής που χρησιμοποιήθηκε αρχικά.
Πολιτικές Επιστροφών
Δεν γίνεται δεκτή επιστροφή για προϊόντα που είναι εξατομικευμένα, έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί ή δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν για λόγους υγιεινής.
Σε περίπτωση ελαττωματικού προϊόντος, ο χρήστης έχει τα δικαιώματα επισκευής, αντικατάστασης, μείωσης τιμής ή υπαναχώρησης, σύμφωνα με τον Ν. 2251/1994 περί προστασίας του καταναλωτή.
